Or you might of felt distracted, purposely avoiding triggers, been having flashbacks, or experiencing nightmares. All these different feelings are starting to inhibit your functioning in a variety of settings - work, family, or hobbies.

Maybe you tried to cope by going to the gym, spending more time outside, prioritizing sleep, properly hydrating, and making healthier diet choices, but something still feels off - like you should be able to get past these feelings but you’re stuck even though you’ve been trying your best.

We will spend a little over an hour together discussing what brought you in, what you’ve experienced in the past, and what your goals are for the future.

Then, we will evaluate various options for care. Options may include therapy, medication, lifestyle adjustments, or labs.

Creating a plan together, allows us to form a personalized treatment plan for you!
