My goal is to empower you on your path to mental wellness! I use compassionate care and empathetic communication with a client centered approach to understand your mental health needs.

I am passionate about providing clients with resources and discussing the mental health benefits of self-care! I treat a variety of mental health conditions and specialize in perinatal mental health.

Telehealth care allows clients to have flexibility in their care from the comfort of their own home.
Empowerment Mental Health offers self scheduling, telehealth visits, direct provider access via the client portal, and a PA whose goal is to empower your wellness journey!
